This quick & easy mango salsa was created when I wanted to add something different to our regular fish tacos and let me just tell you it adds so much flavor! You can add it to quesadillas, grilled chicken or beans & rice, and it comes together with just 4 ingredients and takes about 5 minutes to make!
It is so fresh and full of flavor, it’s even good with just a bowl of your favorite tortillas. We can’t get enough!
Here is what you need:
2 ripe mangos 1 red onion 1 bunch cilantro 1 lime
Step 1: Chop mango & onions into small pieces. Remove cilantro stems & chop well. Blend in bowl.
Step 2: Squeeze juice from lime into salsa mixture & mix well. Refrigerate 1 hour to let flavors blend.
