I am in Nashville this weekend having SO much fun meeting lots of fabulous bloggers at Blissdom, but I wanted to share this recipe that I made last week. I was so excited when I opened my Worden Farm Box last week and discovered 4 delicious looking zucchini way down at the bottom of the box. It was the perfect excuse to make a big batch of homemade zucchini bread, something I’ve wanting to do for months!
Step 1: Preheat oven to 325. Grease 2-4 loaf pans depending on their size. Grate zucchini to make approximately 6 cups; set aside. Make sure to press out the excess water from the zucchini before adding to batter.
Step 2: In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, & cinnamon.
Step 3: In separate bowl or Kitchen-aid, beat together eggs, oil, sugar & vanilla.
Step 4: Add zucchini, 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips and dry ingredients to wet mixture and mix until combined.
Step 5: Divide mixture into 4 pans and top with some more chocolate chips. (optional)
One of things I love the most about this recipe is that makes a LOT of zucchini bread–more than enough to share! What a great excuse to pop in on a friend or surprise a neighbor.

The batter looks great and I'm about to put them in, but I don't know when to take them out. How long should the loaves cook for? And do you put them all in the oven at the same time or does that change the cooking time? Thanks for a great recipe!!
How long do u cook the bread for???
Those look yummy! What a beautiful way to present them.
Yum! Thanks for sharing this recipe and the fun addition of chocolate chips on the bottom. Cool idea. I love the way you wrap your baked gifts! It really adds that extra pop.
